“have tried to charge it but it will bring red light up and after 2sec it will off and will not come up again to charge,I just bought it New ,have not use it yet”

Hi Ola, I am sorry you are having problems. Please make sure all the connections are secure, that the charging plug is secure into both the headphone, and the wall charger. Please let it charge over night. If you have any issues after that, it may be defective some how, and need to be returned to the store.
