• A:Answer You will have to contact KaiserBass tech support via email. Just go to their website. You can not order the batteries directly from their website, if you live in the United States. They are very quick to respond and will get you set up to order batteries. I had to do this and was super impressed with their support and help.

• A:Answer A 64 GB card will get you about 4 hrs of video. BUT the battery only lasts 1 hour while recording and takes 2.5 hours to fully charge.
