• Its a webcam... if you set this as your default webcam, you get 1080p image from your camera. this should be bought if your laptop camera is broken.

• I use it on an Asus laptop my late wife bought in 2008 which I recently updated to Windows 10. It operates with the camera software already in Windows 10, and automatically in Zoom.
