“I am wanting to mount this to a brick wall. What is the distance between the two screws on the piece that mounts to the wall? I would prefer to drill into the mortar and not the brick.”

It doesn't matter the distance it just matters where your grout Lines line up compared to where the screw holes on the bracket matchup remember you can always drill into the brick sometimes it's easier
