Will this work with a Vizio M75-C1? null

Stingray, thank you for your question. You shouldn't have a problem as it has a compatible VESA pattern of 400x400 and it weighs 102.3 lbs (without pedestal stand). Can't tell you specifically about your vizio But can tell you this is easy to install and seems to be able to configure to a lot of different bolt patterns Instructions are strait forward, parts are organized well and setup is intuitive Once installed very easy to operate
