• Hi, The PDX650 will be 2" from the wall to the back of the TV when it is fully closed. It should work with a 43" Vizio, however if you would like us to let you know for sure, please contact us directly at 1-888-848-2643 or through the support tab on our website and we will be happy to look up your TV's hole pattern and weight.

• Extends approx. 5-6" from wall when closed and TV mount is not tilted It should work fine with your Vizio
