“I have a 43" sharp aquas 4k TV, it says the mount pattern is 200mm x 200mm, and i dont understand how these measurements work, I don't know if the numbers have to be between the dimensions of the wall mount under them or above whatever.”

The mounting of the support is made in two stages, the first one will be fixed to the wall the base of the support, the second will be fixed in the back of the TV the structure to be inserted later in the support that is already attached to the wall, this second stage is which has to be compatible with the standard 200mm x 200mm. If this specification is in the manual of your TV, yes this support can be used.

The numbers need to be within the VESA range listed for the mount, or in the list of sizes that the mount will accommodate for mounts that have exact VESA compatibility. If you were looking at the PDX650, your TV is absolutely compatible with that mount, and you will have no problem using it.
