“After installation, the bracket is so stiff. It takes so much effort to adjust the bracket that I'm afraid to push and pull from the tv. It feels like I"m going to break the tv. How can I make the bracket easier to adjust?”

Dan, You can adjust the tension of the mount with the included allen key on the screws in the "elbows" we do recommend 1/4 turn at a time, until you can move the mount easily. If you find its still not easy to move once you've adjusted the elbows, please email us directly and we'll be happy to help you further.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need to loosen some of the nuts on the mount, mainly the ones that are connected to the moving parts. Just loosen them a little and that will solve the problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are two places where you can relieve the tension on the bracket. This makes it easier to push and pull on the mount. Use the same tools that you used for installation and find the two tension points on the bracket. Adjust it in small increments (1/4 turn) at a time. My wife was worried about adjusting the TV while she is pregnant so we adjusted it until she felt comfortable.
