• See all of the vertical holes in the upright rails? I forget the exact measurement, but it's in the neighborhood of 16" of total adjustment up or down.

• Ray, You may be able to move the TV up or down a bit on the TV bracket, however it will depend on your TV's VESA pattern. If you can email us directly at support@kantoliving.com and pass along your TV's model number we'll be able to let you know if you will be able to adjust your TV on the TV bracket.
