“Does this mount allow you to move the TV up and down on the mount? Another words is there an adjustment to lower the TV or raise the TV on the mount? I know it tilts and swivels.”

You can adjust where it is attached on the mount, but can’t move it up or down once mounted.

No. And it is difficult to change the tilt. However it is very sturdy.

Other than using different mounting holes I don’t believe you can here’s some pictures so you can see for yourself
