Garyincv, There are two safety clips that hold the brackets that attach to the TV to the mount. If you remove these two clips you can easily remove the TV, just make sure you do not lose the clips. Please try again later.This TV stand is amazing it works far better than I thought it ever would as a matter of fact I use it with a 65 inch TV and I plan to buy another one for 75 inch display, assembly was very easy and understandable and if you have any problems you can go to the company's webpage they have how-to videos for every model that they make, great product.
