“II bought this stand and now do not know if I can use it. The flat panel TV I was going to use it for is 32 inches and it appears that it can not be used for anything smaller than 37''. Is that true and if so do you have any that are for a smaller TV ?”

We put a 65" on it and it fit fine. My husband called the company to ask if it would work and they were very helpful.
