Yes. Projectors have prethreaded holes on the bottom. The mount comes with several different screws so that one will fit. Most projectors have the ability to flip the image so it can be mounted this way.

The projector will be upside down. But the projector should have a setting when mounted in the ceiling. I was confused too for a moment until I went to settings. I found the projector setting that lets u pick the mounting and clicked on ceiling that fixed the upside down image.

The projector needs to have the ability to flip the picture. It is in the settings of the projector.
