• Try bringing it to any shoes repair store that does purse. They were able to repair an old leather purse with broken strap to like new. Or visit Kate Spade for an exchange.

• I would first contact Kate Spade customer service. I would think they would stand behind their product and send out a replacement wristband. If for some reason that doesn’t work, I would go to a shoe/luggage repair place.
