- Answer You would need to transfer pictures from phone to USB drive first. Once on USB drive, just insert for it to autoplay

- Answer Best Buy can help install it for you. Just call them and set up an appointment. Usually it'll be around $99 but it can also vary depending on Make/Model.

QuestionMy screen continues to show "Please Wait" when I select the phone function, even after I restart the Unit. I have a Nexus 5X phone, it pairs up and I can make calls from the phone, which then is audible over the unit speakers. I cannot dial a number -

- Answer We haven't heard of this issue. This can ben phone specific. Have you tried another phone to have the same fault? If you cannot duplicate, that sounds like a limitation on the phone.
