• I don’t know if they will fit, but they will work. I have them in my Buick.

• Yes. It worked on mine. However, when I replaced my factory radio to an aftermarket one the sounds was much better. Also, I recommend getting a wire harness connector so you don't have to cut wires. Hope this helps
