- Answer Update: I updated the radio and initialized it and it does work now for my iPhone X and iPhone XS through the right iPhone cable to CarPlay.

- Answer Yes, you click on your music app on the stereo display, and select a playlist or specific songs. It shows everything your music app shows on your phone.

- Answer Exchange ASAP!! Radio about to fail- they kept telling me it was my loose connections, it was the KENWOOD radio failing again!! Costs me $460 to buy another head unit , sad!

QuestionI bought this and had it professionally installed. When I play music only my front speakers play. My old keenwood was factory set to front speakers, I’ve messed with this one and can’t figure out how to get the back speakers to work. Any input? Thanks

- Answer Press Menu > Audio > X'over , then arrange your speakers. You cal also select Feder/Balance to make sure all speakers work by unbalancing the speakers than center. Make sure speakers are connected properly, the install technician for my car didn't connect some connections and I did them myself. not a hard thing to do but needs a little time and patient to find out correct connections.

- Answer This fits on almost all cars with double DIN stereo. 06 Tundra has also a double DIN system. Make sure you purchase the right installation kit.

- Answer On your phone, remove all other Bluetooth devices working with your phone when you use the Carplay. When this done once, it works for the next times also.

- Answer It suppose to do like this automatically if your reverse wire is connected, my stereo was installed by Best Buy technician but the wire wasn't connected. I had to do it myself. Make sure the rearview camera connects to rear camera connection since it has another camera connection socket.

QuestionCan I mirror my iPhone screen or cast (for purposes of playing iTunes movies) on this screen. I know this isn’t a car play feature but I was wonder if there’s a way to connect input.

- Answer I do not believe this model mirror cast anything from your phone. It has a USB cord that you can hook to your phone to project Waze or YouTube and the weather on the receiver screen. As far as I know, that's it. I have Android and my son has Apple. After downloading a couple apps to our phones, we still get very little functionality from this stereo.

- Answer Make sure your phone doesn't connect to other bluetooth device at the time, I had this problem, I made my phone forget all other bluetooth devices, then I connected to this stereo. It worked.
