No quite sure of RVs but stereo dimensions are pretty standard/universal. Atleast IME. This should work with the multiple cameras. It is a good unit, has its qwerks but then again most everything does. It would leave you with the option for an additional camera as well as this unit supports four position cameras and has the option for a plug in DVD player as well. if your RV has that already or you could add the DVD player as an upgrade to your system. Just won’t play while driving. Hood luck and happy travels!
