To program, it uses the volume knob to select and change settings by pushing it in. Use the magnifying glass ICON to exit out.

To program the date and time on the KENWOOD DPX505BT, follow these steps: 1 - Enter Standby Mode: Press the SRC button repeatedly until the display shows "STANDBY". 2 - Access the Function Menu: Press the volume knob to enter the [FUNCTION] menu. 3 - Navigate to Clock Settings: Turn the volume knob to select [CLOCK], then press the knob. Turn the knob to select [CLOCK ADJUST], then press it. Adjust the hour by turning the knob, then press it. Adjust the minute similarly, then press the knob to confirm. 4 - Set Clock Format (Optional): Turn the knob to select [CLOCK FORMAT], then press it. Choose between [12H] or [24H] formats by turning the knob, then press it to confirm. 5 - Set Date Format (Optional): Turn the knob to select [DATE FORMAT], then press it. Choose between [DD/MM/YY] or [MM/DD/YY] formats, then press the knob to confirm. 6 - Set the Date: Turn the knob to select [DATE SET], then press it. Adjust the day, month, and year sequentially by turning and pressing the knob for each. 7 - Exit Settings: Press and hold the back arrow button to exit the menu.
