You are able to connect 2 amps to the radio as it offers a front and rear preout channel option. As for the steering wheel just confirm with Best Buys installation team on which steering wheel adapter you need for your vehicle. As for the GPS you can only hear it not see it. This radio does not have a lcd display for video options.
