Wireless CarPlay on the Kenwood DMX5710S can fail if the unit can’t get a stable GPS signal, because wireless CarPlay uses the receiver’s GPS data for mapping and location services. If the GPS side isn’t healthy, CarPlay may refuse to start, drop out, or behave erratically. We suggest you troubleshoot these items:1. Check to see if you have the latest firmware update on the receiver. 2. Loose/damaged GPS cable. 3. Poor antenna placement. 4. iPhone location permissions "ON". 5.
