• It uses Wi-Fi. There's an app that you download to the phone, then you connect the phone to the camera as you would a Wi-Fi hotspot, then the app lets you do everything.

• The camera offers a Kenwood Dash Cam Manger app that allows you to play, share, edit videos from the camera. The app is linked via WiFi. You can also save the videos off the SD card and save them on your computer.
