• Yes, the max length for videos are 1, 3, 5 minutes, some will go up to 10 and 15 minutes lengths, this kenwood model only goes up to a length of 5 minutes maximum.

• The camera will record and over ride its recordings so its a continuous recording. If in case of an accident the camera will protect that file. You can also protect any files that might be needed. You can always contact JVCs customer service line for more information.
