“Does my dvr-a301w have to be plugged into 12 volts to power on? If it has a internal batt how do I charge it? It has been used for a long time but has to be plugged into 12 volt anything to work.”

• I use the 12 volt for power and my sister plugs hers into a USB port. I don’t believe it has an internal battery.

• It has to be plugged in to a 12 volt plug to work. Unless mine is plugged in it will not power on. Mine also came with a usb plug
