“Kenwood KDC 572U replacing an old dead Sony w/o any bells and whistles. Have multiple 64 meg thumb drives with hundreds of albums on them. I need to know if I can just put a thumb drive in to USB port and randomly play songs across the whole drive”

• Your answer mentioned no front USB ports. The specifications state: FRONT FACING INPUTS USB Which is it? Thanks, Al

• Yes you can. There is s no front USB port. There is a rear port in the radio that a USB cable wire can be attached so you will have access to it. This was done at the time of the installation.
