Will it work with a disc changer? null

I'm sorry to say that none of the Kenwood radios offer the option of adding a CD Changer. CD Changer ports were discontinued sometime back around 2000. All radios now have USB ports. You can all all your CD music onto a USB flash drive and hear your music this way.
