• It might. You'll need to find out from Best buy, but as far as I understand, the outputs can be bridged. I don't know what the bridged outputs are, but 4 sets of outputs turn into 2 sets of bridged outputs which is perfect for 2 subs.

• No. This is a 4-channel amp, designed to be used with four smaller speakers, i.e. 6x9s. Focus your amp search on mono amps.
