This is a great question. It makes sense to spend the money on good speakers if you're a audiophile and appreciate clean sound. If you're simply looking for good sound from a stock like set-up and aren't running an aftermarket amplifier, then these speakers will do the job. I have two in the rear doors of my Nissan Murano. They are powered by a Skar Audio 75.4 amplifier and do great. These offer good clean sound over the range of frequencies that you would expect from this line by Kenwood. I chose the Alpine Type S component speakers for the front doors and dash to bring the sound stage more towards the front of the vehicle for the best performance.

The speakers you are looking into offer 300 watts peak power with an RMS of 30 watts. As long as your amp is capable of the same specifications it will be fine. If you are looking into louder clear better then there are other speakers to you can look into.
