• The picture is of the same speakers, one just has the external grill on it. You may not be able to install the speakers in your door with the grills on them. It's 2 speakers, you can install them left and right, or front and back. Up to you.

• I installed 4 speakers two front two back . I bought two pair and the mount brackets . 2004 Tundra and a Kenwood Radio as well. All fit
