I've had the same problem. Might need cleaning, but more likely it has gone belly up. Return and replace it.

If you have been using tap water instead of filtered water it's possible you have mineral buildup obstructing flow. Try running a mixture of water and vinegar through it to clean out any mineral buildup and then use filtered or deionized or distilled water to make your brew.

probably needs cleaanimg..make sure you place enough water in machine.....wnen lifting door yo put ok cup leave open long enough to allow water to flow into coffee maker .

Depending on the hardness of your water and how often you use the machine, it may already need descaling.
