I've had the same problem. Might need cleaning, but more likely it has gone belly up. Return and replace it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have been using tap water instead of filtered water it's possible you have mineral buildup obstructing flow. Try running a mixture of water and vinegar through it to clean out any mineral buildup and then use filtered or deionized or distilled water to make your brew.
