Whenever I try using a disposable k cup pod in my machine it won't brew. It'll start to, but turn off after 10 seconds. The reusable pod works without issue though. How do I use the disposable ones? null

It could use a cleaning. You can actually separate the part that takes the K cup. Extract it and check if it’s clogged. Happened to me and realized that the k cup well can be removed and cleaned.

You just have to make sure that the machine you purchased is able to use both kinds of cups. Some machines can only be used with the reusable cups. If your machine does allow the use of both kinds of k-cups then it’s best to contact the manufacturer help number or try a thorough deep cleaning and see if the disposable cups work then.
