• Contact the company!! They are very good about taking care of their customers. Let them know when you bought it and ask if there have been any similar problem.

• Make sure the needle is clean. Also your keurig may not have come with a filter. If not buy one and the cartidges that go with it. Also The Keurug website hahas a lot of information on how to maintain.
