• Minimal instructions, no filter, that is extra. Everything is extra. This is am instant coffee machine. It tastes terrible. I even tried using a filter with my own coffee and still weak, grainy, gross coffee. Plastic crappy machine.

• Yes It came with a water filter a warranty card well as instructions

• Thanks for your question. The K-Elite coffee maker does come with the water filter handle and one water filter cartridge. This is an optional accessory and not required to use the coffee maker. A Quick Start Guide will also be included. We hope this helps!
