This model does not have a water reservoir, you add water as needed.

The top part of the Keurig has a plastic reservoir. You place between 6-10 ounces of water into that reservoir. Please ensure that your cup is equal to the water you put in and that there is room for milk or sweetner. I put about 7 ounces of an 8 ounce cup and leave the 1 ounce to milk and the usual spillage. We all drip and spill, its a learning curve and this coffee is hot on delivery.

This is a single serve machine. You pour in 6 to 10 ounces of water and it uses whatever amount you've put in.

It makes one very diluted 8 oz cup of coffee. Horrible machine for coffee drinkers, especially if they are in a rush (takes about 5 min to make that one 8 oz cup)
