“When making hot chocolate, instead of using water can you use milk/cream in the water reservoir?”

• No, this would not be recommended. Use less water and a little milk or cream afterwards to make it more creamy, or a higher brand of hot chocolate K-cup. Always run water through it after using hot chocolate K-cup or even a latte K-cup (to clean it out).

• No. Due to the fact that the heating element is in direct contact with the liquid you have to use water only. Other liquids would cause damage if not designed for use in this product
