How much water does the water well hold null

There is no reservoir and that is what I like about it. You brew one cup at a time. You put how much water you use for each brew.

This brewer is designed to make one cup at a time. That being said, each cup does brew quickly. The process is to fill your coffee cup with water and pour that amount into the reservoir. That way, the coffee produced is the exact amount to fill your cup. The cup slot in this machine is tall enough to even accommodate a thermal travel mug.
