QuestionAre there any Keurig's that have no reservoir. Where you just add the amount of water you wish to brew and that way there is no water that sits in a reservoir for days perhaps, if you only use the coffee maker occasionally.

- Answer No, this would not be recommended. Use less water and a little milk or cream afterwards to make it more creamy, or a higher brand of hot chocolate K-cup. Always run water through it after using hot chocolate K-cup or even a latte K-cup (to clean it out).

- Answer Thanks for your question. Just lift and lower the handle without inserting a K-Cup pod and choose your cup size. The K-Mini Plus will simply brew out hot water. Hope this helps!

QuestionMy Keurig K-plus single does not heat the water, even with re-pouring the water back in to heat 3 times...still barely warm & the water leaks out the bottom + it won’t turn on unless you open & close it a few times while pressing the on button.

- Answer Keurig believes that the optimal temperature for brewing coffee, tea, and hot cocoa is 192°F. This is the internal temperature of the water in your coffee maker. However, once your coffee, tea, or hot cocoa is brewed, the dispensed temperature can vary greatly. In-cup temperature depends on the cup temperature and material. When brewing into an insulated container, such as a foam or paper cup, 180-185°F in-cup temperature is typically attained. In addition, dispensing into a cold ceramic mug will cool the coffee significantly. Please note that stream temperature of the first brew after turn-on or after an extended idle period can be a couple degrees cooler. We hope this information is helpful.

- Answer Thanks for your question. The power cord of the K-Mini Plus coffee maker is 30". The cord is tucked in the back of the coffee maker and may have to be pulled out to extend to it's full length. Hope this helps!

- Answer Thanks for your question! The K-Mini Plus coffee maker uses 1470 watts during preheating. After preheating complete, it only uses 10-15 watts. It uses 12.25 amps. We hope this helps!

- Answer The Keurig® K-Mini Plus™ coffee maker is specified for 120 VOLTS AC 60HZ 1470W. The maximum power consumption, of up to 1470W occurs only during the heating cycle. Otherwise the power consumption at idle or dispense is between 10-15W. We hope this helps!

- Answer There’s a removable drip tray where the cup is placed. With the tray, there’s about 6 inches clearance. Removing the tray adds about another inch (for tall travel mugs/cups).
