• Nope; it has a colored spot and a "pusher" that activates features that are only available on the Keurig 2.0. It might fit, but the Keurig 2.0 features are only available on the Keurig 2.0 models.

• No, it is made for 2.0, you can find the reusable pods for the older models at nearly any grocery store

• I don't think so...it sort of fits right into the Keurig 2.0...no need to remove anything similar to the older Keurig models.
