Yes it will. I have the same Keurig as you and use it all the time to make a single cup. It's pretty well made also. I hand wash mine.

not sure but it should if you can use a carafe other wise a coffee pot to hold up to 4-5 cups of coffee that comes with the 2.0 k425 asscesories
