• NO! This will NOT fit the K55 model. I specifically bought this item due to the previous answer provided to this question, that yes it would work. After receiving it today and trying to use it, it was not compatable at all. I spoke with Best Buy and they confirmed this product is NOT compatable with the K55 model. Until they correct the answers above, buyer beware!
