“I have a Vue machine. When I place this pod in the saddle, it does NOT lay flat. It rocks on the 2 large side tabs. When I close the machine to brew, something is catching. With a little force, I can close the machine and brew, but I am getting grounds.”

• You need to make certain the container holding the pod is the correct one first. Then be sure the lid is oriented the right way - flat. Finally, rotate the entire pod until it is seated in the position that is level, so the water goes thru correctly and doesn't cause grounds.
