A: The plastic receptacle attached to your Keurig (i.e. the piece your K-cup sits in while you are brewing coffee) actually comes out, and your Universal My K-cup replaces this piece entirely. Open the lid of your unit, place your finger directly underneath the part of the unit where the receptacle sits, and press gently back toward you. The receptacle will pop out, and you can then insert the My K-cup receptacle.
Q: Will this work in a commercial Keurig like K150, K155? Other reusable universal filters are too big.
A: No it won't work. In fact, I called the company to see what would work with commercial model and was told that they don't make a reusable for the commercial models. She told me I would have to buy a different model. What a stupid response. I already spent over a ton of money on the one I have. It's really ridiculous that they don't offer a reusable for commercial models. Now I'm sorry I purchased it.
A: Regular grind coffee, and add a little more than the fill line. It won’t clog.
Q: Is it made of metal or plastic?
A: It is made of heavy plastic and has 4 parts: an outer holder, an inner filter that holds the coffee, a locking lid and a snap-on/off adapter to adjust for different sized models.
Q: Will this work with the K525 and K575
A: This works with all Keurig Classic Series and Plus Series brewers.
Q: Does this fit the Keurig 2.0?
A: Yes!!! Works very well!!!
Q: Will this work with the new Duo unit.
A: Yes it’s compatible and easy to exchange.
Q: Is this filter large enough to brew a carafe of coffee?
A: I think it only holds enough coffee for one cup
