• Yes. See my answers to Nico's question "Can two of these pair to one system?") Not only can multiple remotes be on the same base-station, they also can be on multiple base-stations as long as those systems are sufficiently far apart (200 ft?) so the signal can't reach both systems simultaneously.

• I think you can use the same fob for both the system is just storing the serial number of the fob you would just need to add new device to both keypads

• Just like any other system component, the Key Fob can be associated with only one system at a time.
