I thought that I had the same problem when I first got mine. The snaps are very strong and hold the tablet quite securely. It is easier to attach when placing the open cover on a hard surface like a table. Align the tablet snap's divets on the cover. You have to press hard directly on the tablet over each snap until it clicks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Place the tablet and cover where you can see the silver disks (2) or indentations. Try to align one of them first then swing the cover so the other one lines up and press on it. I put the tablet face down on a wood desk. Then put the cover on top trying to align the disks. You have to press hard and when you have it in the slot you will hear a click. Be careful to not press overly hard, you don't want to crack the tablet glass. Once you get it attached it works fine and stays on. Next time you have to put the cover on the tablet it will be easier.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes the 2 silver disk on the back are the connecting points to the keyboard. I had same issue but finally realized that you match it up to the tabs on the cover and have to use some force to snap them together. Once it snaps it will work like a charm.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Take it back to the store and make them do it! I had the same problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to line up very carefully and then push down hard to get it to click in. Once attached, it works great but was almost scary how hard I had to push. Be very careful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to press really hard. At first I thought the same thing but I put on a flat surface align them then squeeze hard
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They snap in, it takes strong fingers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Place a folded towel on a table, place your s2 screen-down, and with just a wee bit force applied over the entire device (spread out the energy/pressure so you don't crack it) and align the magnets. Press until you hear click x2, and you're golden. Good luck! Cheers, Gate17
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Push a little harder. It does work. I have 2 of them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i am using mine right now in my lap constantly moving it to accomodate 2 cats that want to occupy the same space....point being if it was gonna separate it would have in my opinion...i dont think it will ever come apart and it dosen't seem like it is made to do so...Samsung got mine right... Are you trying to attach this keyboard to a Tab S2 9.7? The required force is considerable to properly attach the pair...so much in fact i got a bath towel and placed my tablet face down on the dinner table (snaps up) to make sure i didn't break the glass...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
