Yes you can buy two of these, but you will have to purchase a amp capable of powering them with will cost a little more, and having two seperate boxes in your trunk will take up quite a bit of extra space, compared to buying a double sub box.

This subwoofer is 150 watts at 4ohms so 2 of them run in parallel, would give you 300Watts, Best Buy sells single 12" subs like the alpine type s, or kicker comp r, that put out more power then 2 of those would and. It'd sound better in my opinion, save you trunk space, and probably be cheaper as well. :)
