The KICKER CompC 12" SVC Subwoofer is rated for 300 watts RMS power handling, so a pair of them would be rated at 600 watts RMS. For maximum performance of your speaker systems, KICKER recommends using an amplifier that is rated to produce +/- 20% Watts RMS of your speaker systems RMS rated power. So, with a 600 Watt RMS rated speaker system, KICKER recommends using an amplifier that falls within the 480-720 Watts RMS range. Always keep in mind that smaller amplifiers will also sound great but just not get you the full output (SPL, loudness) potential of your speaker systems. We always recommend setting the gains properly and do not operate your amplifier into clipping. If you have further questions, please feel free to reach out to KICKER Technical Support.
