I've got a pair running, sealed, on a CX800.1, and the combo absolutely surpassed all expectations. For the last 20 years I've run a pair of JL 12W3s, each with a dedicated 500 rms amp. Many many years ago I used to compete in SPL contests and did decently with this setup. Sadly this year everything decided to die (after 20 years they deserved a retirement). With money being tight I made this purchase expecting it to be a significant downgrade. Though they are not as crisp as the JLs, the output is ridiculous, and I feel these 12s pack way more punch than the JLs. Keep in mind this is with optimal power/wiring/signal processing. For 3 of these I'd suggest using the 600.1 to run 2 of those Series / Parallel (2 ohm) and get a super cheap CX400.1 to cover the last sub. That's if you want to maximize savings. If you wanted to run all three on one amp, maybe a CXA1200.1? But I would be hesitant to run a pair on a 600.1, and certainly not 3x.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will work just not loudly. At the least 1000 watt RMS rating or for best sound and loudness 1500 watt RMS
