Will a 600 Watt Boss Amp work with these subs ? null

No I wouldnt recommend it. They will be seriously underpowered. Boss amps are cheap and they are never the wattage that it states they are.

No these subs can handle 1000 true RMS watts together. I doubt that amp is pushing 150.

You would probably need more power these subs are hungry for power a Kicker CX1200.1 is the way to go.
