“So it says these subs are 500rms each 2ohm, 1000rms in whole so if I hook up a fosgate prime R1200-1D amp which deliver 800rms at 2ohm would that mean due to this enclosure wired setup each sub would technically be getting 800rms each or 400?”

I do believe if I’m not mistaken the subs are wired in series therefore 800 would be going to the both which is what allows you to run a mono amplifier
