“I have the Pioneer GM-DX871 amp will this amp be able to handle these subs?”

• I have the dx-971 running at 2 ohms (800 rms) and I wish I had more amp. Your amp will probably clip these subs. They can handle 500 rms each and I’m pretty sure that rating is conservative.
